Although most food processing companies are low-profit companies, they are responsible for the three meals a day, especially brunch. These food processing enterprises have focused on innovation and development, and the foundation of food safety has been consolidated.
Although the food processing industry is the first to enter the market, due to its particularity related to the health and life safety of the people, the government cannot act as a shopkeeper, or simply emphasize supervision and blockade, instead of actively guiding and supporting it.
Lack of human resources and insufficient stamina of the enterprise. Due to the deviation of social value orientation, the food processing industry is short of talents. Many college graduates would rather sit at home waiting for a job than apply for a food processing company. Many people in the industry swear: "Through hard work in this life, we will never let the next generation engage in this industry."
